What is needed in this role:

• ServiceNow System Administration and development experience and certifications;
  
• 5 years of experience on ITSM, CDMB modules and additionally SecOps, ITBM and HR modules;
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certification preferred;
• Knowledge and work experience with JavaScript and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS, jQuery and bootstrap;
• Knowledge in creating Software Integrations utilizing web services (SOAP, REST);
• Relational Databases concepts, T-SQL or PL/SQL experience;
• Asset and Configuration Management principles with experience in the area;
• General Linux/UNIX administration experience;
• Experience on designing and developing custom applications and integrations from scratch, familiar with modern web development practices and ServiceNow development and code lifecycle management.
