SIA ASTOR SHIPMANAGEMENT is currently looking for Assistant Crewing Manager for a full-time position in Riga office.

• High school/College degree or equivalent combo of education and experience
• Good English, Russian and Latvian knowledge, both written and spoken
• Effective and confident communication
• Good organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize competing tasks
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
• Stress tolerance and positive thinking
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience or education in Maritime field would be considered as advantage

• Supporting the Crewing manager with all Crewing day-to-day activities
• Active communication with seagoing personnel, business correspondence
• Coordinate, process, and monitor the documents of seafarers regards the regulations
(Courses Certificates, Medicals etc.), Clients' approvals and any Specific requirements
(security passes, visas, special training etc.)
• Monitoring the travel arrangements, flights, hotel and transportations for the crew
• Controlling the Database in a smart, easy archive and save in proper and high
confidentiality manner
