Requirements for candidates
- Individual with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiations skills.
- Experience in sales of financial services (specifically payments) minimum 5 years.
- Knowledge about the payments industry.
- Open to travel (networking/events/client presentations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experienced in B2B environment from either payment service provider/acquirer (or similar complex enterprise software) or merchant side.
Job description
- Represent company serving as a brand ambassador, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
- Maximise the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of the client.
- Generate leads and commit to excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field and provide valuable feedback
- Meeting sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals
