Responsibilities
- Undergo full training to gain an understanding of the daily tasks, systems and processes
- Utilize the Ariba sourcing tool and guided buying tool to provide support and guidance to buyers and suppliers
- Conduct sourcing events as needed and perform administrative tasks in the tool, such as user creation and content library management
- Assist with end-user training activities and maintain training materials and documentation
- Escalate issues and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
- Participate in the maintenance and upgrade tasks, including testing activities
Qualifications & Skills
- No previous experience required – we will provide training
- A willingness to learn and work with new systems and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and detail-oriented
