KPMG Regional HUBS and teams such as Lighthouse, Cyber Security, Technology Transformation, and others are comprised of highly professional people and subject matter experts located in Sweden, Latvia, and Lithuania. With this in mind, the main goal of a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Advisor would be to build a strong partnership with stakeholders in Sweden and Latvia, support employees with advice on HR matters, identify different processes to integrate and align among these countries to ensure clarity, visibility, and productivity.

Talent Acquisition and HR Business Advisor (temporary for ~1.5 years)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the full cycle of the recruitment process:
    - Collaborate with hiring managers about job profiles, expectations, and steps and timelines of the recruitment process,
    - Pro-active candidate sourcing – including headhunting via LinkedIn, databases, networking, etc.
    - Candidate screening, interviewing, sharing feedback,
  • Support new-joiners during the on-boarding process:
    - Prepare the required documents,
    - Follow-ups on performance and wellbeing. 
  • Consult managers of regional HUBs in Latvia and Sweden about HR related topics,
  • Consult employees on different HR topics during the employee’s lifecycle, 
  • Proactively lead efforts to find a common approach to integrate different processes between Sweden and Latvia,
  • Lead and participate in employer branding projects and activities.

Can you say YES to this? Experience & skills

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in the full cycle IT recruitment and HR advisory within an international company,
  • You are comfortable with the headhunting approach in recruitment - searching candidates in LinkedIn, databases, cold calls, networking, etc.
  • You have experience in consulting managers and employees from different countries on HR related topics,
  • You can work both - independently and in a team, 
  • You are fluent in Latvian and English, both verbal and written,
  • You have a university degree – preferably in HR, management, psychology.

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to comprehend and explain business and technical concepts,
  • You are a proactive person who demonstrates strong decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills,
  • You have a mindset for successful collaboration with stakeholders from different countries,
  • You are self-motivated and goal-oriented, armed with a hands-on approach
  • You are willing to learn new skills and capabilities.
