Job description

We are looking for a creative, communicative, and diligent team player who will engage in User Interface and User Experience design in our products as well will lead a design team.

In your daily tasks, you will be able to balance usable designs with smart, creative design solutions and push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating ideas effectively in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development or production;
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams;
Consistently improve department operations;
Optimize designer’s day-to-day workflow
Lead, develop and manage productivity of design team in achieving high-quality standards;
Work with teams to generate ideas and proposals for improvements;
Present and defend designs to stakeholders;
Maintain an orderly log of all projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
Conceive new product concept ideas and enhancements for new and existing games and present those ideas to stakeholders;
Establish and promote design guidelines;
Recruit and train new design team members;
Conceptualize, design and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions;
Have a professional approach to costs and deadlines;
Provide quality control over concepts and projects.

Qualifications

Secondary education;
4+ years of experience in the related industry;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills;
Creative and artistic flair;
Up-to-date knowledge of industry software: Figma; Adobe Suite tool (Illustrator and Photoshop in demand);
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends;
Ability to lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion and apply industry best practices;
Ability to provide actionable feedback;
Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
Ability to process complex information into simple design solutions and address them to designers;
Ability to manage, supervise and train UI/UX designers;
Align design decisions with business goals;
Strong understanding of online gaming will be a plus.
