MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• To develop strategy and plans to improve product performance, quality and customer experience across “Playtech Live” facilities in line with company’s objectives
• Review and re-evaluate the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
• Oversee testing of software features and review of various platforms
• Oversee projects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects
• To work closely with relevant employees to define the optimal solution for each product and platform
• To analyze and maintain statistics of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Offer ideas and solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
• Lead and mentor QA Specialists team and share knowledge to make sure QA department employees meets technical qualifications required for their positions
• Assist in coaching junior staff, by help them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings and set goals, provide feedback on testing-related tasks, delegate and assign testing responsibilities
• Assist in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
• Assist management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization
• To prepare and present daily/ weekly/monthly/ yearly reports and statistics to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in testing various platforms, services and user interfaces
• Experience of managing a team of QA Specialists
• Previous work experience in gaming field
• Understanding of user interface design and familiarity with various defect management systems
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
• Education related to testing or technical sciences might be considered as advantage
PERSONAL SKILLS:
• Ability to communicate technical aspects to people with non-IT background and act as a liaison between QA and development teams
• Ability to offer alternative approaches to achieve the client goals
• Ability to analyze complex situations and manage all variables to achieve optimal solutions
• To have strong management skills and ability to motivate team
• Ability to define and prioritize short-term and long-term objectives for the teams and make necessary corrections under changing circumstances
• Excellent communication skills in English verbally and in writing
• Good cooperation skills, ability to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations, ability to cooperate with people with different views and culture.
• High stress resistance and strong attention to detail
