- Work experience – 3 years in creative design.
- Computer skills - of an experienced user level MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Corona Renderer.
- Language skills - English (speaking, reading, writing), Latvian and Russian (speaking).
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to quickly react to different situations and quickly navigate in the causes of the problem and find a solution.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Good time management skills.
- The ability to analyze data and information, set priorities, to make conclusions, take decisions and provide recommendations to management.
- Problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented personality with good organizational skills.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- To deliver high quality and impactful visuals across all communication channels.
- To participate in creative brainstorming in the order to develop ideas.
- To present and communicate the concepts or ideas.
- To develop consistent visual style and create graphic assets to be adopted by other departments.
- To produce visuals to support communication both with management and clients.
- To work with creative teams to interpret creative concepts and direction to produce print and digital layouts.
- To estimate the time the project will require and working within the given timeline.
- To develop design concepts for architectural treatments, detailing, lighting, materials, and furnishings.
- To translate ideas from rough sketches into full 3D models.
- To prepare product animations.
- To prepare product 3D designs while taking into consideration UI design and specifications.
- To give full support for green screen studios including lights, masks, camera settings, views and integration of all dynamic elements based on stakeholder requirements.
- To act in a professional manner with maintaining an orderly and positive work atmosphere in the work environment and with customers and third parties.
