You will be
the leader and advisor of Primend User Support team to provide the best customer experience to Primend's customers accross the Baltics. At Primend, you will be part of a fast-growing company where you can have an interesting and fun journey, where every employee plays an important part in our success story.
Your responsibilities will be
- Analyzing customer feedback and managing the team's service quality
- Onboarding new clients to Primend by involving your team and other in-house partners
- Participating in customer meetings with Customer Success Specialist/IT Business Consultants, making and implementing development proposals
- Training and development of User Support team members in cooperation with the Employee Experience team
- Creating a good team feeling&vibe, monitoring the team's workload and, if necessary, making suggestions to improve work, processes
- Management of internal changes and communication within the team
We would prefer that you have
- previous work experience in the IT field, preferably on a manager position
- passion towards teamwork, willingness to contribute to your team member's success and supporting their development
- customer oriented mindset
- very good Latvian and English language skills, both spoken and written
