General responsibilities:
- Assisting with financial presentations and special projects.
- Reconciliations of G/L accounts and internal allocations for the month end closing process.
- Supporting employee timesheet application and reporting.
- Responding to general inquiries from vendors and internal staff.
- Supporting SAP Data entries and generating financial reports.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of customer’s billing.
- Supporting the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Responsible for maintenance of internal costs (i.e.: IT related expenses).
Job requirements:
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor Degree or last year student in Business Administration with focus on Financial Analysis or Business Controlling.
- Experience with financial reporting and project analysis.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written skills.
- SAP or similar experience.
- SAP BI/BW working experience preferred.
- Flexibility towards working hours during month-end closing period.
