We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team — ideally, someone with experience in Information Technology (IT) recruiting. About you:

● Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
● Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured);
● Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills;
● Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
● Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
● Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation;
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
● Excellent interpersonal skills.

As an advantage:

● Experience with Workable;
● Good understanding of software development life cycle;
● Technical background;
● Experience in the Fintech domain;

Responsibilities:

● Create and implement a recruitment strategy;
● Source, attract, and screen candidates based on a well-detailed strategy;
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand what requirements for specific technical roles;
● Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods;
● Create a shortlist of candidates;
● Collaborate with external recruiters and recruiting agencies;
● Write and post job descriptions;
● Create new leads through a network of contacts;
● Consult with hiring managers about hiring strategies and adjust them as needed;
● Track efficiency of various job boards and other sources and optimise the publication process if needed;
● Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
