About the position
We are in search of a Sales Manager (IT products) to join our team in Riga, Latvia or Vilnius, Lithuania. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with volume clients and working daily with businesses from a variety of industries to help them choose relevant products and solutions.

Key functi
ons
• Business relations development with existing partners;
• Development of potential sales channels;
• Development and providing of sales planning by SKU in line with agreed sales plans for the market;
• Implementation of sales planning with the highest possible forecast accuracy;
• Analytical work, preparation of regular types of reporting;
• Any other tasks related to business development on the market.

Qualification and ski
lls
• Successful experience in sales at least 2 years;
• “Yes I can” attitude;
• Native or fluent local language – Latvian or Lithuanian;
• Intermediate or higher English and Russian proficiency;
• Excellent negotiation skills; short- and long-term sales planning skills;
• The ability to build long-term productive relationships with partners;
• Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good communication and analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
