Job description
- Act as trusted financial advisor and co-pilot for Marketing & Services business unit in Baltics.
- Analyze business drivers behind value creation and participate in business case evaluations.
- Help business to continuously improve performance and seek growth by providing forward-looking insights.
- Develop and present clear, fact-based and structured financial analyses.
- Drive for automated forecasting, planning, analysis and reporting for M&S.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of BU's performance, including P&L, cash flow, Working Capital and KPIs.
- Responsible for the respected control points to ensure timely and accurate period closing including the actuals.
- Lead yearly performance planning and strategy processes for Baltic's BU.
Requirements
- Master of Science or similar, relevant university level degree.
- Experience in similar position at least 3+ years (or experience of management accounting and performance management in relevant industry/organization).
- Experience of financial modelling, strategy development, business case & making investment calculations.
- Demonstrated experience from supporting and challenging business.
- Experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Microsoft D365.
- Advanced Excel, Google sheets and data modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

- Power BI.
- Good skills with SQL.
- Experience of auditing and knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Experience of M&A transactions.
- Experience with ERP renewal projects.
