If you have:

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and working in agile way (iterative development);
• Very good communication and organizational skills, as well as willingness to show initiative;
• Ability to communicate both to business and technical team by explaining technical things in understandable way;
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills, including identification of potential bottlenecks and taking preventive actions to solve problems before they occur;
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), experience with API testing (SoapUI, Postman)
• Understanding databases, basic knowledge of SQL;
• Good verbal and written English language skills;
• The ideal candidate shall have hands-on experience working with:

a)SAP Marketing or any other CRM solution support and development;

b)OAuth 2.0 framework and OpenID Connect authentication protocol;

c)Experience using Azure Cloud Services (especially AKS and API Management) and event streaming platforms/technologies (EventHub and Kafka in particular).

We will entrust you:

• Build extensive competence in area of CRM, loyalty and marketing related solutions;
• Work in environment based on Agile principles where teams are made up of specialists with various skill sets having great decision-making opportunities;
• Participate in activities of planning, business requirements identification, solution design, implementation and deployment of various CRM and marketing related solutions;
• Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements;
• Oversee development and maintenance of various customer focused solutions and projects, focusing on development of new features;
• Organize and carry out testing of new functionality and solutions;
• Solve incidents and analyze their root causes, implement measures to reduce similar incident occurrence in future (incl. monitoring requirements); 
• Maintain and create Confluence based documentation for different solutions (user manuals, technical documentation, etc.).

Compensation:

Salary 1800 - 2500 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidates competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
