General responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
Process and monitor technical incidents
Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
Work with Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie and other Atlassian tools
Assist the customer in resolving 1st level issues
Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism

Job requirements:

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English language
German language skills will be considered as advantage
Previous customer service-related experience
Proactive and analytical approach
Good problem-solving skills
Solution orientated and a team player
Organized and able to manage projects and requirements
Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
Able to work around blockers with Service Desk Team and come up with solutions
Experience with agile principles and project management methodologies would be a plus
Experience working with workflows and establishing and manage processes

Monthly gross salary from 1400 to 1600 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
