General responsibilities:

Supporting project managers in their daily project work, especially in project account controlling and analysis for several IT projects.
Understanding of project management methods, framework, standards, processes, and tools by working on specific customer projects.
Project controlling data maintenance within company's project management tools.
Monthly communication on individual projects and their controlling with project managers.
Setting up controlling for new projects according to contractual requirements of the project.
To plan, communicate and track/ report the activities in the project controlling processes, for project structures to document and manage project plans in appropriate project planning system.

Job requirements:

Fluent German and English (each at least C1 level).
Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification.
Initial experience in the project management, controlling or similar field.
Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
Education in the project management field will be considered as an advantage.
Good analytical skills as well as presentation and communication skills.
Advanced MS Office Skills, in particular MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook.
