• Prior experience with Sportsbook products and marketing is essential;

• A broad understanding of sports betting customer behaviors;

• High-level English language;

• Experience in the Baltic (important) and Nordic (preferable) markets is important

and essential.

• Managing Risk and Product teams

• Driving innovation in both of the above mentioned areas/teams;

• Owning the sports betting PnL across all Entain Baltics & Nordics brands;

• Coordinating product improvements so that they align with the overall strategy;

• Ensuring marketing activities are in-line with the overall strategy;

• Working closely with the risk team to reduce losses without damaging the product

offering;

• Preparing budgets and tracking performance;

• Regular sportsbook performance presentations to senior management;

• Regular in-depth competitor analysis.

Our client is Entain Baltics & Nordics.

The role will hold full responsibility for the groups Sportsbook performance. The role will require designing and executing the groups sportsbook strategy. The role will involve close cooperation and coordination of the sportsbook Product and Risk teams. Currently the role covers 3 brands across 4 markets but the role will include designing and executing a sports betting expansion plan.

This role reports to the Group (Group Entain Baltics & Nordics) CPO (Chief Product Officer).

Entain Baltics & Nordics (Entain B&N) sportsbook business is mainly operating on a proprietary platform and using the BWIN data feed.
