Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting process;
- Lead monthly financial performance reviews;
- Oversee cost management strategies and expenditures;
- Treasury management;
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial roles or similar positions. Bigger experience will be considered as an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting;
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to changes effectively.
