· Knowledge and experience of business analysis, technical documentation, requirements engineering, and process modelling.

· Ability to understand software product architecture.

· Good analytical and communication skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders to provide solutions they expect.

· Detail-oriented individual, positive personality with a strategic view, focused on solutions and results.

· Eagerness to learn and grow together with company and teammates.

· Fluent English (both verbal and written).

· Higher education in IT, Economics, Human resources areas

· System or Business analysis specific certification

· SQL basic knowledge

· Java script or BeanShell scripting basic skills

· BPM notation knowledge

Knowledge of the any additional human language of the countries of operation (Baltics and Poland).

· Work directly with the Product Development Department Manager (aka Product Owner)

· Depending on qualifications and experience Base salary starting from 2000 EUR net.
