Qualifications, skills, and competencies:

Good knowledge of English and Latvian is required for the job (at least B2 level in accordance with the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
Higher education or professional experience relevant to the job;
Effective communication skills;
Previous experience within live operations in iGaming;
Average computer literacy skills;
Willingness to learn and be involved in personal development;
"People-first" attitude, professionalism and patience, ability to manage and contribute to multiple tasks simultaneously, high accuracy and a sense of responsibility in daily work;
A consistently sound level of judgment and professional conduct.

Darba pienākumu apraksts

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in running day-to-day operations of Proxy Live Solutions Live Gaming Studio;
Ensure that Proxy Live Solutions service is fully operational without interruptions/issues;
Ensure game results are completed and processed according to correct procedures;
Supervise the integrity of the games;
Identify, analyze, log, resolve, and escalate all incidents as necessary;
Assist with handling cards and other studio equipment as necessary;
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Service Management processes;
Work according to the schedule, including work during different types of shifts, according to the business needs.
