Job description

We are looking for a new colleague in our Recruitment Team to support the growth of Concentrix + Webhelp!

As a Recruiter you will be handling recruitment process from screening to hiring for both external and internal candidates. You will be handling interviews, collecting references, background checks and will be working closely with our Hiring Managers and your colleagues from Baltic and Nordic Recruitment Team!

You will be recruiting for different roles and clients and will cover most of the recruitments in English or Russian language.

We think we'll be a great match if you have at least 6 month experience as a Recruiter or similar role and have fluent Russian and English language.
