• You have more than 2 years of experience in similar position

• Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English, and Russian languages

• Experience in sales and operations

• Experience managing a team of at least 5 people

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, , service-oriented person
