Job description
What youll do:
- Provide daily support to Key Account Managers, streamlining administrative tasks such as client form completion, sample ordering, and document management to maximize their efficiency contributing to a seamless client experience.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to support business objectives and foster a culture of data-driven insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
How your day would look in a bit more detailed view:
- Promotional Campaign Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly promotions and upload them to the system.
- Invoice Processing: Verify and process invoices, confirming accurate amounts and proper coding.
- Product Assortment Maintenance: Manage client product assortments, ensuring they are up-to-date by promptly blocking delisted products based on the latest information.
- Sample Management: Order and distribute product samples for new product launches and other promotional activities.
- Competitive Marketing Analysis: Gather information on online marketing campaigns, including those of competitors, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various reports, for example, monthly promotion file for sales representatives.
