Requirements

Bachelor's degree in transport, logistics, or a related field (preferred);
Experience in a transport or logistics company will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work independently and manage personal workload effectively;
Strong communication skills, quick decision-making ability, and a goal-oriented mindset;
Valid category B driving license;
Good command of Latvian and English languages.

Responsibilities

Organizing and coordinating freight transport (export/import);
Communicating with clients, carriers, and business partners;
Preparing and sending offers to clients;
Handling and verifying transportation documentation;
Monitoring cargo movement and providing timely updates to clients;
Entering and maintaining data in the company`s internal systems;
Resolving issues and responding quickly in non-standard situations.
