We invite you to join our team as a Turn-key Project Manager, who will take charge of international projects and achieve goals!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing interior design projects on an international level
- Creating and maintaining budgets and timelines
- Organizing tenders and price inquiries for subcontractors
- Quality control and supervision
- Risk analysis for projects
- Contract negotiation and coordination
- Organizing project handovers and aftercare (including snag lists and claims handling)
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- In-depth understanding of the interior design process and its stages
- Knowledge of architecture, construction, and project implementation
- Ability to analyze details and assess potential risks
- Skills in reading and interpreting drawings (DWG, PDF formats)
- Project planning and coordination skills, including collaboration with external service providers
- Ability to respond dynamically and proactively solve problem situations
- Higher education (preferably in design and/or architecture)
- Excellent English and Russian language skills
