We are looking for a motivated and responsible colleague to join our HR team for the summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic work environment. This role is part time (20 hours per week) and for fixed 3 months period.

Your Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process for new employees
Assist with HR system usage and documentation
Scan and organize HR documents for electronic filing
Prepare paperwork for contract adjustments and other HR-related changes
Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Your Experience and Skills

Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent in Latvian and English (both written and spoken)
Highly responsible and reliable
Service-minded with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
