We are seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear and strategic creative briefs for digital ad campaigns. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to ensure high-performing, engaging, and data-driven creatives. Additionally, you will analyze ad performance to refine creative direction and optimize results.

What will you do

Develop and execute compelling creative briefs for Meta, Google, and TikTok media ads.
Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to inform creative decisions.
Collaborate with performance designers and performance marketers to align creative concepts with marketing goals.
Ensure ad creatives are visually engaging, audience-focused, and optimized for conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, creative best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate creative effectiveness and guide future iterations.
Provide clear feedback to designers and video editors to enhance creative performance.

Applicant requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Briefer, Marketing Strategist, or similar role in a performance-driven marketing environment.
Strong understanding of ad creative principles, visual storytelling, and digital marketing performance metrics.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and creative management platforms.
Bonus: Experience with graphic design, video production, or copywriting.

Salary

Depending on your experience, qualifications and performance 3500€-4000€ (and even higher, actually)
