Starlab is seeking a Financial Specialist in High Risk Payments to manage and optimize our global payments flow. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across international transactions.

What youll do

Oversee end-to-end payment processes vendor disbursements, expense reimbursements, and cross-border transactions.
Reconcile payment records daily and collaborate with AP/AR colleagues for month-end close.
Analyze payment data to detect trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Liaise with banks, payment providers, internal stakeholders on payment status, escalations, and dispute resolution.

What were looking for

3+ years of finance/accounting experience with payments or treasury.
Strong understanding of international and crypto payment methods.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.
Sharp attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with multi-currency consolidation/reporting.
Background with payment platforms.
