We are looking for a data-driven and user-focused CRO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing user experience and increasing conversion rates across our digital platforms. Youll use analytics, A/B testing, and UX best practices to improve key performance metrics, drive user engagement, and maximize ROI. 🚀
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔍 Analyze website and funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for conversion improvement
📊 Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to validate hypotheses and improve user conversion rates
📈 Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark CRO strategies and identify areas of opportunity
💬 Gather and analyze customer feedback (via surveys, reviews, support tickets, etc.) to inform UX and testing priorities
🎨 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance layouts and user experience across key pages
📊 Interpret data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and provide actionable insights to improve website performance
📝 Develop, document, and maintain a robust CRO strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
📣 Work with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized user flows
📅 Provide regular updates and reports on conversion metrics, trends, and test results
🔧 Stay current with CRO tools, industry best practices, and technologies to keep optimization strategies effective and competitive

REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
💼 Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, digital analytics, and A/B testing
📊 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and recommend practical solutions
🏆 Experience conducting competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify strategic opportunities
🧠 Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback to inform testing hypotheses and UX improvements
🛠 Proficiency in CRO tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Hotjar
💡 Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user behaviour
📉 Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
🗣 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

💶 Fixed salary from 2800-4000 euros gross depending on experience and achievements, with potential bonuses
