This is the job.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices
Set up automated tests for our APIs
Build or improve a testing framework that people will really use
Help define simple, clear testing rules and practices for the team
Work closely with developers (no silos)
Share knowledge and help others get better at testing
Eventually also implement new APIs and use the testing framework for them.

You have:

You are an experienced API developer.
Experience doing automated API testing.
Good communication skills.
