Prasības kandidātiem

Passion for skincare; the company will provide training in specific skincare techniques.
Retail experience is nice to have but not a must; cosmetic experience is a plus.
Fluent in Latvian, communicative English and good knowledge of Russian required.

Darba pienākumu apraksts

Customer Service & Sales:

Provide welcoming, professional service to all customers.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and suggest suitable La Mer products. Perform product demonstrations.
Monitor product shelf layout and displays, and promotional materials.

Inventory Management:

Stock and organize counter supplies and inventory.
Complete projects related to product expiration dates, batch codes, and inventory.
