JOB MISSION

Assist executives on different tasks and provide dedicated support for private duties. Create a harmonious work environment in the office.

OUTCOMES

Assist executives on different administrative tasks
Run errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks
Order supplies and equipment as needed
Maintain office environment clean and tidy
Assist with event planning and special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Good knowledge of English and Latvian languages (both verbal and written)
Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality
Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
A flexible “can do” attitude and attention to details
Ability to adapt to various situations and find an appropriate solution
Valid driver’s license (B category)
