What we expect from you:

1–2 years of experience designing digital products or services, preferably for mobile devices
Based in Riga, Latvia
Fluent in English and Latvian (to communicate confidently with international clients)
Familiarity with platform design guidelines: Material Design (Android) / Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)
A design portfolio (Dribbble/Behance or any other ways)
Sense for color, typography, and composition
Knowledge of the design process
Experience with Figma
Experience with Principle/After Effects/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator is a nice bonus
A passion for design and people

A design portfolio is required. Please include a link to your portfolio (Dribbble, Behance, or another platform) with your application. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.

What you will do:

Conduct requirements analysis, user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts
Create information architecture design, interaction design
Design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
Participate in new business development activities, support, and preparation in client briefs and pitch meetings
Direct communication with the client and project manager
Close collaboration with design team members, promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
Ensure the following design guidelines by working closely with developers
Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends
