We are looking for a strong and experienced Project Manager with a background in hardware product development to lead and coordinate complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing real projects, understands hardware development processes, and holds higher education in an engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage hardware product development projects from concept to production.
Plan and execute projects aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, etc.).
Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
Organize and lead project meetings, document decisions, and ensure smooth information flow.
Manage resource planning and allocation.
Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure clear and effective communication among all internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Higher education in Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
3+ years proven practical experience as a Project Manager in hardware development projects.
Strong understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (from design and prototyping to validation and mass production).
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and structured approach.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Fluent in Latvian and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
