Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP players.
Communicate with players via email, live chat and messengers.
Identify and onboard new VIP players.
Run retention and reactivation activities.
Prepare personalized offers and bonuses.
Monitor player activity, deposits and KPIs.
Work with Payments, Risk, Responsible Gaming and CRM teams.
Follow AML/KYC and Responsible Gaming requirements.
Suggest improvements to VIP processes and promotions.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience as a VIP Manager, Account Manager or Retention Manager.
iGaming experience is an advantage.
Fluent English.
Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
Good Excel skills.
Customer-oriented and sales-driven approach.
Good understanding of numbers and KPIs.
Understanding of Responsible Gaming principles.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
