Compliance Officer

Requirements:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
Previous experience in AML, compliance, legal, banking, finance, or other relevant areas
Good understanding of AML/CTF principles and the application of a risk-based approach
Knowledge of key financial and corporate documentation required for individuals and legal entities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Positive and proactive attitude towards work
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

Review and analyse client files in compliance with the Company's internal policies and applicable Swiss and international regulatory requirements
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) assessments
Apply a risk-based approach in daily procedures assessing clients, transactions, and business relationships
Monitor and analyse client transactions, identify unusual or suspicious activity, and escalate concerns in accordance with established procedures
