About the role

Paybis is growing its Business Operations team and looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to handle our day-to-day back-office operations. You'll work in our admin panel on the requests that keep the business running: configuring payment products and accounts, adjusting fees, updating platform content, and more.

This role suits someone who enjoys precise, well-structured work and takes pride in getting it right every time. You'll help structure clear, documented processes, and your hands-on experience will help us keep those processes accurate and up to date.

What you'll do

Handle back-office requests. These include payment product and account configuration, fee adjustments, platform content updates, internal access and testing-environment requests, and similar operational tasks.
Share what you learn from doing the work, such as edge cases, gaps, and improvements, to keep our process documentation accurate.
Track your own delivery against agreed service levels: turnaround time, accuracy, and backlog.
Flag requests that are unclear or don't fit an existing process, rather than guessing. Here, getting it right matters more than getting it done fast.
Keep internal teams across Paybis informed about the status and timing of their requests.

What success looks like

First 30 days: you're onboarded to the admin panel and our request types, and handling simple, well-defined requests with light support.
By day 60: you're handling most routine requests on your own with a low error rate, and helping improve our documentation.
By day 90: you're working fully independently across our core request types, with consistently high accuracy.
By 12 months: you're a trusted core member of the team, handling the full range of back-office requests. You may also take on more complex work as your experience grows.

What we're looking for

Must have

Fluent English, B2+
Some experience in an operations, back-office, or customer/support operations role. Junior to mid-level candidates are welcome.
Strong attention to detail, and comfort following a defined process precisely and consistently.
Clear written communication.
The good judgment to ask when something doesn't look right, instead of making assumptions.
A calm, methodical approach when things get busy or time-sensitive.

Nice to have

Exposure to fintech, payments, or admin-panel tools.
Interest in growing into more ownership over time. This is welcome but not expected; the role works equally well as a long-term, clearly scoped position.

Not required

Crypto or blockchain knowledge, vendor or partner management experience, or project coordination experience.
