Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group Travel division.
Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. As a Content Marketing Manager you will lead a team of 6 and own the organic content marketing strategy across Trevolution travel brands, with a primary focus on social, video, website content, and influencer activity. You will report to the CMO and drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a content team of 6 - Social Media Marketing Specialists, Video Content Specialists, Influencer Marketing Specialists, Copywriters, and others.
- Develop and execute the organic content marketing strategy across Trevolution travel brands to drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and measurable business results.
- Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle - from ideation, creation, and briefing through production, review, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Own the content team's master calendar across brands and platforms, aligning social, video, copy, and influencer activity.
- Direct the team in planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing organic posts, video, and blog content for assigned brands and platforms.
- Own the influencer marketing strategy and budget, working through the influencer marketing specialist on identification, partnerships, campaign execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Work closely with other marketing and internal teams, sharing feedback and coordinating so content stays connected to the wider marketing plan.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content and share what works across Trevolution travel brands.
- Look for ways the team can work more productively, including automations and AI tools for planning, production, publishing, and reporting.
- Monitor content trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats. Analyze content and influencer performance and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a content team of at least 3 people, with hands-on ownership of organic content strategy.
- Track record of growing audience, engagement, and measurable business results through organic social, video, website content, and influencer activity.
- Solid understanding of major social platforms, content formats, algorithms, and influencer marketing practices.
- Experience managing monthly influencer marketing budgets in the range of several thousand to tens of thousands of euros.
- Creative, highly motivated, analytical mindset.
- Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
Will be considered as advantage:
- International experience working with USA-based or European markets.
- Familiarity with using AI and automation for planning, production, publishing, and reporting.
- SEO skills and understanding of search engine optimization.
- Experience in the travel industry
There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don't want to set limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the range for this position is between 2,800 EUR gross and 3,000 EUR gross per month depending on the applicant's professional experience in the relevant field.
