SENIOR IT MANAGER

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the local IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and global IT standards.
Lead and develop the local IT team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a service-oriented culture.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, and external IT service providers, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Lead and coordinate ERP implementation and development projects, including system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Strengthen cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, internal controls, and risk management practices.
Ensure effective backup and recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT service management processes.
Drive digital transformation, process automation, system integration, and data governance initiatives.
Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, contracts, and strategic IT projects.
Collaborate closely with Global IT and business stakeholders to implement corporate standards while addressing local operational and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.

What We Expect from You

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 3–5 years in an IT leadership or management role.
Proven experience in IT strategy, governance, risk management, internal controls, and IT service delivery.
Practical experience in implementing and managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or IFS.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, identity and access management, and IT risk management.
Experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage budgets and vendors, and deliver complex IT projects.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance operational and long-term priorities.
Fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with international partners and working with technical documentation..

The following will be considered an advantage

Experience in a publicly listed or SOX-regulated organization, including IT general controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness.
Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, information security management systems (ISMS), or certification readiness.
Professional certifications in IT service management, information security, project management, or cloud technologies.
Latvian language proficiency.
