​We are looking for detail oriented and analytical person with excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. As a group level Fraud Manager, your mission will be to ensure that our Group companies are protected against internal and external fraud, as well as ensure that client identification is effortless and Finitera as a Group has well-established AML procedures.

Outcomes:

• High Fraud Potential Likelihood rate on 90th day for new clients below 1.5%;

• Have several solutions and/or procedures in place for preventing the Group from external and internal fraud;

• Client identification is made effortless and is easily done by all clients. All clients who start identification successfully manage to finish it;

• The Group has well-established AML procedures and all companies within the Group are compliant with local & international AML law.

• High cognitive and analytical skills;

• Ability to dive deeply into to data and identify problematic client groups;

• Good communication skills;

• Logical thinking;

• Ability to work with SQL data;

• Fluent written and spoken English.

Main requirements:

• At least 2-3 year of successful experience in similar role;

• Pro-activity and hands-on approach with a positive attitude and decision-making capability;

• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction, demonstrating initiative and follow through.
