Main responsibilities

Critical analysis of synthetic procedures and available literature data;
Route-scouting towards the synthetic target;
Reaction and process optimization;
Keeping clear, complete and accurate recording of experimental and analytical work;
Organizing and sharing data, writing technical reports.

Requirements

Previous professional experience in organic chemistry;
Strong know-how of designing and development of synthetic routes;
Working knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry skills like extractions, distillations, chromatography, crystallizations, inert atmosphere techniques, filtrations etc.;
Advanced level spoken and written English, excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
An agile mindset, ability to independently plan, organize and document own work.
