1. Develop high quality software - readable, maintainable and efficient.
2. Extend legacy systems with new functionality, propose improvements.
3. Assist with rollout and production support.
4. Work with business end users to determine requirements and propose approaches to
address their needs.
5. Analyze business requirements, propose, design, estimate and implement technical
solutions.
6. Mostly server side, but also some browser based UI
7. Assist less experienced colleagues in path of grow   

1. Java - advanced level of knowledge
2. Spring Boot, REST Services, Microservices - intermediate
3. Knowledge in Flowable or Activiti, SOAP, C, CDC will be considered as advantage
4. Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
