• Consultation with TRODO customers via phone email and live chat, providing quick assistance with any issues and/or inquiries
• Communication with customers regarding in-store TRODO issues and resolve as necessary
• Work closely with colleagues to eliminate order and process flow issues
• Collaboration with shipping departments to resolve shipping issues encountered by our customers
• Review of all customer feedback on social media and review sites and provide a public response if necessary

• Fluent in speech and writing in Norwegian and English
• Excellent telephone manner, including strong communication and soft skills
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Understanding and interest in cars and their construction will be considered as your advantage
