Requirements for candidates

Moderate video/photo/text content for the website;
Handle and resolve customer complaints;
Report abnormal increase in complaints to the management team.

Job description

Excellent English skills (Native English speaker is a plus);
Content moderation experience;
Sufficient IT background;
Good Russian skills;
Ability to work flex hours (nights and weekends);
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Online Customer Support experience;
Able to work legally in EU without the need to obtain a work permit.
