Our client, Circle K is looking for a Payroll Accountant to work on international market. This person is going to cooperate with HRBP, to ensure the payroll operations, as well as with Chief Accountants and Controllers on the accounting entries concerning payroll GL accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
• Ensure Payroll costs are properly booked on GL accounts and involved accounts are fully reconciled
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements (including system testing and interaction with IT team)

• Previous experience in the field of Payroll or Payroll accounting                              
• Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information                                          
• Strong computer skills                               
• Fluent English

• Experience with SAP                    
• Experience with WorkDay
• Experience with JD Edwards
