Job description

To manage and develop the Team of 50 + people;
To ensure effective hands-on operational management;
To establish and maintain relationship with cooperation partners, to find new perspectives for development;
To deliver on company's budget and KPI's;
To control and develop the quality of services.

Requirements

Solid managerial experience;
Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
Business oriented mindset - successful experience in leading business, operational experience, experience in change management;
Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, engineering (or similar field) management;
Stress resistance, structural and strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence;
Fluent English skills.
