• Identify and propose solutions based on the requirements gathered from internal stakeholders and external partners, internal and/or external regulations and standards;
• Align development needs with system capabilities, development roadmap and priorities;
• Build strong communication and cooperation with business users and support units, facilitate meetings and presentations;
• Provide fully analyzed and clear requirements to development team;
  
• Design full testing cycle starting from organization of testing activities till testing result gathering and verifying

What is needed in this role:

• Strong logical and critical thinking gained via solid work experience as product/project manager or analyst;
  
• Ability to analyze, design and visualize business processes and IT solutions;
  
• Good understanding of Agile way of working;
  
• Good communication and negotiation as well as presentation skills;
  
• Self-leadership, being self-organized;
  
• Proficient English, spoken and written;
  
• Understanding of the lending business and experience working with international teams will be considered an advantage.
