Job mission:
To bring your database expertise and provide technical leadership for Company database environments.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage database environments following best practices (security, reliability, performance, configuration, etc.)
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, investigate and provide solutions for performance tuning
- Automate management processes
- Perform continuous database capacity and resource review and optimisation
- Work together with development teams to provide insights and recommendations

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in database administration and management
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
- Understanding in Database design principles
- Hands-on experience with high load systems, database performance optimization, database monitoring and task automation tools

Will be considered as advantage:
- Experience with AWS RDS or other cloud-managed database
- Experience with Database clusters and scalability
- Experience comparing and benchmarking different database architectures
- Scripting or programming language experience
- Experience with ORM-managed databases
