- Communication with customers via phone and email;

- Provides follow-up calls to customers.
Requirements
- Great communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Swedish (verbal and written, at least C1 level);
- Accuracy and ability to work in fast- paced environment;
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.
