• Build defined features;
• Plan and break large development tasks down into smaller tasks;
• Write unit tests and automated tests when required;
• Take operational responsibility of production;
• Set measurable goals and meet them;
• Review code changes;
• Take responsibility for the actions of your team, good and bad;
• Take an active part in software development community activities;
• Share knowledge to other team members.

You have:

• Extended knowledge of a functional area in the project;
• Ability to design solution according to business requirements;
• Ability to drive and be responsible for functional module, architecture creation, planning and execution;
• Ability to mentor team members;
• Ability to write tech specs and identify risks before starting major projects. Set standards;
• Ability to tackle server and infrastructure related problems.
